When an appointment in the calendar carries a video link, a notetaker can come along. The bot joins the meeting, says in the chat that it is recording and summarising, and listens in.
Afterwards the transcript arrives and a report appears under the appointment: what it was about, what was discussed, and what was agreed. The agreements are listed as suggestions, and one click turns one into a task attached to the contact.
The report can be read back on the appointment itself and on the contact's page, even once the appointment has left the calendar. The notetaker is a module of its own, so you switch it on when you want it and not otherwise.
