Ascensie is built from modules: CRM, shared inbox, pipelines, calendar, meeting notetaker, payments, events, marketing, sites, forms, chat, assistant and support. From now on each account chooses which of them take part.
A module that is off is genuinely gone. It leaves the menu and the settings, and the screens and actions behind it refuse on the server as well. It is not a matter of hiding something in the sidebar.
Modules can depend on each other. Pipelines needs CRM, events needs payments, chat needs CRM and the shared inbox. Switch one on and you immediately see what else it brings with it.
For a new account it means you start small with the three parts you use today, and expand when you are ready.
